I came across a great tutorial on CNET on how to upgrade your PS3's hard drive. The type of internal 2.5″ drives that work with the PS3 top out atabout 300GB. If you want more, but don't want to open up your console, external USB drives can save the day, drives with 500gb external USB drives are also readily available.
